Two honest alignments before we start
About people's faces
AI creates settings, moods and whole worlds freely. Putting someone's exact face into a scene is possible, but it takes specific technique and doesn't always come out identical. In the brief we choose the route: a more conceptual, poetic film, or one with real photos and faces woven in. I'd rather agree that before you build up an expectation.
The script is usually mine to write
Nobody arrives with a tribute script already written — and that's fine. You send me the photos, the stories and what you want the person to feel; I structure the narrative and we approve it together before generating anything. That creation is agreed separately, always up front, with no surprise at the end.
