Because a consultant who stays in the slide deck doesn't fix anything
The Roman centurion didn't command from a distance: he stood in the formation, on the ground, with the troops. That's how I work. I go down into your operation, understand the process for real — talking to the people who execute it, not only to the people who decide — and build the solution alongside you, until it works.
You won't get a report full of generic recommendations and an invoice. You'll get someone who steps into the problem with you.
When it makes sense to call me
How it works
- Diagnosis — I go deep into the operation and map where time and money are actually leaking.
- Prioritisation — the list of what to fix, ordered by return on effort. Usually the first two pay for the rest.
- A realistic roadmap — what can be done with the team and budget that exist, not the ideal ones.
- Follow-through — recurring sessions to unblock decisions, review direction and keep things moving.
- One-to-one mentoring — for a founder or technical lead who needs someone to think with, without the keynote speech.
- Hands on when needed — if the best path is for me to build it, I build it. If it's someone else, I say so.
Who's on the other side
Agronomist with a master's and a PhD, certified Scrum Master (PSM I) and Product Owner, with more than seven years in the technology ecosystem. I had an innovation stint in Silicon Valley and spent almost two years at Machines Like Me GmbH in Germany, an AI and automation company serving the European market.
That mix is what I bring to the table: the rigour of someone trained to doubt their own result, with the practice of someone who has shipped technology in very different contexts. My full story.
