- System integration — your CRM, spreadsheet, e-mail, WhatsApp and ERP talking to each other over APIs, with no typing in between.
- Automatic flows — the process fires by itself when the condition happens: a lead arrives, a deadline hits, a payment lands.
- AI agents — for the work that needs interpreting, not just moving: reading a document, qualifying a lead, summarising a conversation, classifying an order.
- Robots for systems with no API — when the software is closed, I automate the interface (RPA) so the project doesn't stall.
- An alarm when it breaks — serious automation tells you when it fails. You shouldn't find out from a customer.
- Everything documented — you know what runs, where and why. No black box.
